Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Services are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By entering or using the website, you represent that you meet this requirement and may legally access cannabis-related information in your location.

Passing an online age gate or receiving an order confirmation does not establish eligibility to purchase cannabis. BON BON must verify age and identity using a valid government-issued photo ID before completing a transaction. We may refuse service or cancel an order when required information cannot be verified.

Lawful Use

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to cannabis purchase, possession, transportation, and use.

You may not use the Services to violate any law; purchase cannabis for an ineligible person; transport cannabis across state lines; impersonate another person; submit false information; interfere with website security; introduce malicious software; scrape data without permission; or attempt unauthorized access to an account or system. California cannabis may not legally be transported across state lines.

Online Menu and Orders

The online menu is provided for convenience. Product names, descriptions, photographs, potency information, prices, taxes, discounts, and availability may change without notice. Images may not show the exact packaging, batch, size, or product available at pickup.

Adding an item to a cart, submitting an order request, or receiving an automated confirmation does not complete a sale or guarantee inventory. A transaction is completed only after BON BON verifies applicable requirements and accepts the purchase.

Orders may be modified, declined, or canceled because of inventory changes, pricing or technical errors, identification issues, purchase limits, payment problems, recalls, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Promotions, loyalty benefits, and discounts may have separate eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, limits, and availability. They have no cash value unless expressly stated and cannot override applicable law.

Accounts and Security

If account features are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your login credentials. Notify BON BON promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, unlawful activity has occurred, or action is needed to protect BON BON, its customers, service providers, or systems.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including the BON BON name, logos, branding, design, text, graphics, photographs, and videos—are owned by or licensed to BON BON and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Services for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, frame, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party ordering, payment, map, social media, or analytics services. BON BON does not control those services or their content, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them is governed by the provider's policies.

A link or integration does not mean that BON BON endorses or guarantees the third-party service.

Informational Content and Disclaimers

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or other professional advice.

Product descriptions, strain names, cannabinoid or terpene information, customer reviews, staff suggestions, and references to commonly reported effects are not guarantees, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BON BON disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BON BON and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BON BON and its affiliates against claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute not otherwise resolved shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Francisco County, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without written consent. BON BON may assign them in connection with a transfer, reorganization, merger, or sale of its business or assets.

Changes to These Terms

BON BON may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
